After signing your Rental Agreement, submit the refundable security deposit to secure the reservation.

Use the payment method and recipient details confirmed by Ina. The owner will mark the deposit as received in the Owner Dashboard.

Rental balance: The remaining rental payment is due on or before the check-in date.

Do not send funds based only on a web link. Confirm the exact amount and payment instructions in your personalized agreement or direct correspondence with the owner.

Payment flow

1. Refundable security deposit
$300 is due when the Rental Agreement is signed.

2. Rental balance
The full rental balance, including the $200 cleaning fee and any optional pool heating, is due on or before the check-in date.

3. Security deposit refund
The refundable security deposit is returned within 14 days after check-out, less any deductions permitted by the Rental Agreement.

No payment credentials are entered on the Sealand website.
