Two-part payment flow

1. Refundable security deposit
The standard amount is $300 unless your agreement states otherwise.

2. Rental balance
Send the rent + confirmed cleaning fee by the due date shown in your agreement.

No card or bank credentials are entered on the Sealand website. Zelle is completed inside your own banking app or website.
