First request dates. The owner confirms availability and pricing. You then receive a personalized Rental Agreement to review and sign, followed by payment instructions.
The personalized agreement page allows you to review the terms, consent to electronic signing and type your full legal name as your signature.
Approved direct bookings use Zelle. Only send the amount confirmed directly by the owner and include your name and stay dates in the memo.
The standard security deposit is $300 unless your agreement states otherwise. Refund timing and deductions are governed by the signed Rental Agreement.
The sample Rental Agreement provides for return within 15 business days after departure, less any permitted deductions.
