We provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent and basic toiletries. Once the starter supply is used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed for the remainder of the stay.
First request dates. The owner confirms availability and pricing. You then receive a personalized Rental Agreement. A $300 refundable security deposit is due when the agreement is signed. The remaining rental balance is due on or before the check-in date.
Review the complete personalized Rental Agreement, upload a government-issued photo ID, consent to electronic signing, and type your full legal name as your signature. After signing, a complete PDF copy of the agreement you reviewed is emailed to you for your records.
Approved direct bookings may be paid by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or cash by prior arrangement. Payment instructions and the exact amount due are provided after your reservation request is reviewed and approved.
The refundable security deposit is $300 and is due on or before signing the Rental Agreement. It is returned within 14 days after check-out, less any deductions permitted under the Rental Agreement.
